Common Questions

How involved do we need to be during the project?
Reasonably involved, especially at two moments the discovery phase (we need to understand your business, not just the brief) and the feedback rounds (consolidated input from your decision-makers, not a committee). Between those moments, we’ll work independently. We don’t need weekly check-ins, but we do need a responsive contact on your side when we have questions.
We flag it, quote it, and wait for approval before starting. No work happens outside scope without a written sign-off. We don’t do retroactive billing. If you request a significant change to direction after we’ve presented creative, we’ll assess whether it’s a revision (covered) or a scope change (separate). We’ll always be clear about which it is.
Yes — about 60% of our work is remote-first. We’ve worked with clients in 18+ countries. Location doesn’t affect quality — we run structured async workflows with clear milestones. Where in-person adds genuine value (big launch moments, photoshoots, critical presentations), we’ll travel or bring you here. Time zone differences rarely create problems; we’re used to managing across them.
Both — and we’re intentional about which is appropriate. Building from scratch is right when a brand is genuinely broken, outdated, or wrong. Adapting and evolving is right when the bones are good but execution or consistency is the problem. We’ll tell you which we think is warranted, and why, at the brief stage.

Everything is in-house. All six disciplines — brand identity, motion, digital, creative direction, print, and photography — are staffed with dedicated specialists. We don’t use freelancers or subcontractors for core delivery. Occasionally, for very large production work (e.g., a full TV campaign), we’ll bring in specialists, but we’ll tell you upfront and manage them directly.
